Cancellation Policy

By booking a consultation at Suffolk Menopause Clinic, you have secured dedicated time to discuss your concerns in detail and receive personalised advice.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations can be made by emailing admin@suffolkmenopauseclinic.co.uk or using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. To rebook, please use the same link to select a new appointment time.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.

Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will still be charged the full consultation fee.
